What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) securely processed through Stripe.
What happens when I upgrade or add team members?
Upgrades take effect immediately. When you add team members, your bill increases by $20/user/month, prorated for the current billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the refund policy?
If ContactTh.is isn't a fit within the first 14 days, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
Projects & leads
What counts as a project?
A project is an outreach context — like "Retail Partnerships" or "Agency Client Acquisition". Each project has its own leads, team members, and outreach settings. Projects help keep your scripts relevant to different initiatives.
What happens if I hit my project limit on Starter?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro for unlimited projects, or you can archive an existing project to create a new one.
Are there limits on how many leads I can import?
Starter has a soft limit on lead imports. Pro users get significantly higher limits and priority processing.
What data sources can I import leads from?
Currently, you can search and import businesses directly from Google Maps. We're working on additional sources like Yelp, LinkedIn, and manual CSV imports.

What contact info does the crawler extract?
We crawl business websites to find emails, phone numbers, contact forms, and social media profiles. We also extract business context like services offered and about page snippets to help personalize your outreach.
How does the AI outreach script work?
Our AI generates personalized outreach scripts based on what the business actually does, combined with your project context (who you are, what you're offering). Scripts are designed to start conversations, not pitch — they're short, human, and end with a question.
What channels can I generate scripts for?
Email (with subject lines), contact forms (shorter messages), phone calls (talking points), and DMs/text messages (casual tone). Each channel has appropriate length and formatting.
What does "contact ready" mean?
A lead is marked "contact ready" when we've found at least one verified contact method (email, phone, or contact form). This helps you quickly identify which businesses you can actually reach.
Does ContactTh.is send emails for me?
No. ContactTh.is generates outreach scripts that you copy and send yourself. We're conversation-starting software, not automation software. You stay in control of every message.
Teams & collaboration
How do team invitations work?
Invite team members by email. They'll receive a link to join your account. Each team member is $20/month.
Can team members access all projects?
Team members can be invited to specific projects. They'll only see leads and settings for projects they're part of.
What happens if a team member leaves?
When you remove a team member, your bill decreases by $20/month starting from your next billing cycle. Their work (leads, scripts) stays in the project.
Security & data
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never sell your data.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting support.
Do you comply with privacy regulations?
Yes. We're committed to GDPR compliance and responsible data handling. We only crawl publicly available business information.
