Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContactTh.is ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ContactTh.is is a business contact discovery and outreach platform that helps you find businesses, extract their public contact information, and generate personalized outreach messages. Find businesses. Start real conversations.

Account Registration

• • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• • You must maintain and promptly update your account information
• • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

Subscription Plans and Payment

ContactTh.is offers subscription plans including a free Starter plan and paid Pro plan ($20/user/month). All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.

• • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Plan Limits

Each plan includes limits on projects, team members, and lead imports. Starter plan includes 1 project and 1 user. Pro plan includes unlimited projects and team collaboration. Specific limits are described on our pricing page.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation: (1) You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. (2) Your account will not be charged for subsequent periods. (3) After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. (4) Your data will be retained unless you request deletion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing communications
• • Scrape, harvest, or collect contact information for purposes other than legitimate business outreach
• • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting businesses
• • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission
• • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• • Use automated tools to send messages without human review

Responsible Outreach

ContactTh.is is designed for starting real business conversations, not mass automation. You agree to: (1) personally review and customize outreach before sending, (2) respect opt-out requests and do-not-contact preferences, (3) comply with all applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.), and (4) use the Service only for legitimate business purposes.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you create in ContactTh.is ("Your Content"), including notes, custom outreach drafts, and project descriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account.

Third-Party Data

ContactTh.is aggregates publicly available business information from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this data. You are responsible for verifying contact information before use. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in third-party data.

AI-Generated Content

ContactTh.is uses AI to generate outreach suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and customized before use. You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be appropriate, accurate, or effective for your purposes.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, graphics, and documentation, is owned by ContactTh.is and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code. The ContactTh.is name, logo, and product names are our trademarks.

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice when possible. We provide support via email. Pro plans receive priority support. We are not liable for any downtime, delays, or service interruptions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTACTTH.IS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ContactTh.is, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) your use of the Service, (2) your violation of these Terms, (3) your violation of any third-party rights, (4) Your Content, or (5) your outreach activities conducted using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any disputes, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for: (1) violation of these Terms, (2) non-payment, (3) fraudulent or illegal activity, (4) abuse of the Service including spam, or (5) at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
